For those who have an ISG server at your centre, please be aware that due to technical limitations we cannot currently make a reliable connection to your server drives. Although the machine will sometimes pick up the drives and access them using valid credentials, this is not always the case. Therefore we do not recommend relying on this as accessible file storage. We are currently working on a solution for this but it may take some time.
In the meantime you can use a USB drive to transfer files to your machine. This is also best practice in live production and you should always run media from your local machine to eliminate the risk of lost connections.
